We want every muse to bring joy—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Below is everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your plush companion.


You may request a return if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • You changed your mind within 7 days of delivery

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

    Contact support@themusetoy.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include Details
    Share your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  3. Follow Instructions
    We’ll guide you through the return process, including where to send the item.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing takes 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Final sale items
  • Customized or personalized plushies
  • Used or damaged items after delivery
