Refunds may be issued if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- You returned an unused item within 7 days of delivery (see our Returns & Exchanges page)
⏱️ Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing takes 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is approved
💸 Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Final sale items
- Customized or personalized plushies
- Items returned in used or damaged condition
📮 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
