💰 Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and cared for when shopping with The Muse Toy Shop. If you’re eligible for a refund, here’s how it works:


Refunds may be issued if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • You returned an unused item within 7 days of delivery (see our Returns & Exchanges page)

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing takes 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is approved

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Final sale items
  • Customized or personalized plushies
  • Items returned in used or damaged condition

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
